Small Business

Small businesses are the engine of the 5th Bristol economy. Justin is connecting them directly with the resources they need to grow, hire, and thrive.

What Justin Is Doing

  • Small Business Leadership: Serves as the Ranking Minority Member on the Joint Committee on Community Development and Small Businesses.
  • Bringing State Resources Home: Connected the 5th Bristol District directly with major state economic development agencies, including the Massachusetts Office of Business Development and the South Eastern Economic Development Corporation (SEED).
  • Protecting Local Jobs: Regularly visits local employers and workforce training programs to understand their needs and keep economic opportunities close to home.
  • Championing Small Businesses: Partners with district small businesses through site visits, ribbon cuttings, official citations, and direct connections to state grants and technical assistance.

Justin knows that small businesses are the lifeblood of our communities. As the Ranking Minority Member on the Joint Committee on Community Development and Small Businesses, Justin brings state economic development agencies directly into our towns to help local employers expand, hire, and compete. He delivers consistent, hands-on support through targeted business tours, ribbon cuttings, legislative breakfasts, and collaborative meetings with local chambers of commerce to create lasting connections for area companies.

On Beacon Hill, Justin is fighting tirelessly to cut bureaucratic red tape, push back on burdensome new costs and mandates, and ensure Massachusetts remains a place where anyone with a great idea can still build a thriving, successful business.
